Balance In The Bedroom

I’d like to say I’ll be talking to you about what I’ve learned from practicing daily meditation...but let’s be real, Mum life equals minimum zen. There IS one place I can get the balance right, and that is in the bedroom! My secret weapon...a Valance. A linen valance on a linen dressed bed is about as close to orgasmic as you can get, hell, I’d go so far as to say it’s better than that ;)

You know how you walk into a hotel room and the first thing you want to do is throw yourself onto the bed because it looks so, well, delicious! It’s the finishing touches, that put together look, pure luxury from pillow to floor. I’ll let you in on a little secret...it’s the valance! And if you’re anything like me, you’re not one to do things by halves, so if you want to REALLY indulge your luxe linen bedding obsession, you’ve gotta get yourself a valance. I promise you won’t regret it.

Top to toe French linen, just the way I like it! Adding a valance is the EASIEST thing you can do to up your styling game in your bedroom, seriously, pop one of these between your mattress and bed base and the next time you walk into your bedroom you’ll think Tamsin Johnson or Lauren Li has been adding their magic touch to your chambre. The chic silhouette a valance creates can only be compared to the magic of a pair of Spanx under an evening gown (just like a Kardashian, it’s the bottom that makes ALL the difference, right?!) 

And here’s some added bonuses, but you didn’t hear it from me...a valance will hide a multitude of sins! Ugly bed base; vanished. Unsightly under bed storage; disappeared. Dust bunnies; do not exist. Your bed may be well dressed, but it will never be fully dressed without a valance!
