I LIKE WASHING MY SHEETS EVERY WEEK, WILL MY LINEN LAST?

Absolutely, the more you wash & live in your linen the softer it will become! Any excuse to stay in bed, right?

WILL MY LINEN SHRINK?

Not by any amount you will notice. As the maker, we always allow for 1-2% shrinkage in production however this is before it arrives with you as all of our linen is stonewashed prior to delivery to ensure maximum softness!

I HAVE A PILLOW TOP MATTRESS, WILL MY SHEETS RIDE UP THE SIDE?

No, all of our fitted sheets have an encased elastic around the bottom edge ensuring it is extra secure around your mattress. We have also widened our elastic from 1cm to 2cm to ensure it's extra secure. Our sheets actually fit, we know it’s rare but it's pretty simple to us. Make sheets that fit!

IS YOUR LINEN 'SCRATCHY'?

No, not all at, however we're sure you've heard the stories of traditional heavy linen being a little unpleasant against the skin.

The reason our linen is so soft is firstly due to the weight of it. Traditional linen bedding can sit anywhere between 140-220 GSM (GSM is the weight measurement of the linen), our linen sits pretty at 165GSM which is perfect for bedding.

The second reason is that our linen is stonewashed prior to being delivered to you. Stonewashing softens the fibres and gives it that perfect lived in comfortable feeling. It does however accelerate the ageing process so the longevity seen in heavier, scratchier linen (20 + years) is generally not seen in today’s linen bedding.

MY HUSBAND IS A HOT SLEEPER, WILL LINEN HELP?

Yes, 100%! Linen is breathable and therefore perfect for hot sleepers. Linen can absorb 20% of its weight in moisture so when things get a little bit sweaty in the bedroom department you can feel assured knowing it is super absorbent & won't make you feel wet!

I'M NOT SURE WHAT COLOURS WILL WORK IN MY HOME, CAN YOU HELP?

Definitely! We offer free styling advice via email, direct message (via website) and social media! All you have to do is tell us about your space & our stylists can recommend suitable complimentary colours. You can also order free fabric swatches here to try the colours in your space.

WILL MY SHEETS LOSE SHAPE OR WEAR OUT QUICKLY?

No, good quality linen should not lose its shape. 

Your fitted sheet will show signs of wear and tear a lot sooner than your other linen products, mainly due to the fact that it is under constant strain (a bit like us mum's) being pulled tightly around your mattress. We always recommend having a spare fitted sheet to swap with when you do the washing, this will dramatically increase the lifespan of your linen.

YOU ARE SLIGHTLY OVER MY BUDGET, CAN I PAY MY SHEETS OFF?

Yes, we offer AfterPay, ZipPay & Klarna on all orders. It’s also worth remembering that when you invest in pure linen you won’t need to invest often, your linen should last you for many years to come!

HOW LONG WILL MY LINEN LAST?

Without knowing exactly we would say that your linen will last anywhere from 3-6 years depending on how frequently it is used and how it is cared for. We always recommend having a spare set of linen to swap with when you do the washing, this will dramatically increase the lifespan of your linen.

CAN I TRY BEFORE I BUY?

Yes, you can order free fabric swatch in every colour here. Delivered straight to your door, finally an order you won't have to hide from hubby!

HOW DO I KNOW YOUR LINEN IS GOOD QUALITY? I'VE BEEN STUNG BEFORE.

It's no surprise we think our linen is of the highest quality however I always recommend reading our customer reviews & ordering our free fabric swatches. We also offer GOOD guarantees if you are not 100% satisfied (see above tab).

I HAVE PETS, WILL MY LINEN BE OK?

Yes! Our Founder, Nikki has two fur babies of her own so it was an absolute must when working with our manufacturer. We always recommend making sure their nails are clipped prior to getting cozy on the linen and like anything, the more care you take the more your linen will thank you!

DO YOUR IMAGES ONLINE MATCH THE ACTUAL COLOURS OF THE FABRIC?

Whilst we have made every effort to match the exact colour of our products, slight variances may occur. We would suggest turning your screen brightness up high and looking at several images of the colour to get the best indication.

IS LINEN HARD TO CARE FOR?

WHERE IS YOUR LINEN MADE?

All of our linen is designed here in Melbourne, Australia & all of the linen flax is grown and harvested in France.

Our linen is then manufactured in either China or India. All of our suppliers are small family run businesses who we have a great relationship & friendship with. Our Founder, Nikki visits all suppliers annually & conducts third party random testing to ensure quality & workplace standards continue to be met.

All of our suppliers are OEKO-TEX certified which means that all components of your product including the fabric, dye, button, thread etc are free from harmful chemicals and safe for human use.

We also have an additional certification with our suppliers ensuring they are SA8000 certified. This certification is an auditable certification standard that encourages organisations to develop, maintain, and apply socially acceptable practices in the workplace.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE YOUR LINEN?

All of our linen products come packaged in a free linen tote bag that can be used time and time again (did someone say cute shopping tote?). We also wrap & box with only recycled materials meaning that only a minimal footprint is left on this beautiful planet of ours.
