Returns - Change of mind

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase please email us at hello@thecovercollective.com.au and we will happily exchange your product or provide a full refund less postage.

For any returns, you must notify us within 10 days of purchase and return the product in its original condition, unused and unwashed. Please note that return postage and any other associated costs must be covered by the customer and a tracking number provided to us. The Cover Collective will not be liable for any returned items that are misplaced prior to us receiving them.
Any exchanged product will be sent free of charge. No returns will be accepted without providing a returns Authorisation Number (provided to you when you email us).
Please note that The Cover collective reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is not in a saleable, original condition, unused or unwashed.
Unfortunately, we unable to accept returns on items that were purchased on sale.
 
Returns - Faulty or damaged goods
We take the upmost care to ensure all products are sent to you in perfect condition but should you receive a faulty or damaged item please email at hello@thecovercollective.com.au within 10 days of purchase and we will happily provide you with a full refund or exchange. All postage for faulty and damaged items will be covered by The Cover Collective.
Please note that linen is a natural product and variances in the fabric may occur. Colour variations and small fabric imperfections will not deem the product faulty.
