SHIPPING - Australia
We offer Free Standard Shipping within Australia on all orders over $90 & a flat rate $10 shipping on all orders under $90. Standard shipping can take approximately 3-10 business days.
Express Shipping is available for a flat fee of $15 for all orders within Australia and can take approximately 1-3 business days.
SHIPPING - New Zealand
We offer standard and express shipping within New Zealand via Australia Post. Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $17 and will take approximately 10-15 working days.
Express shipping is a flat rate of $25 and will take approximately 4-7 working days. Shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties that may apply in NZ.
SHIPPING - Rest of the world
Please note that The Cover Collective will not be liable for any import fees, duties or taxes imposed on international orders at your destination.
SHIPPING - Terms
All parcels are shipped with Australia Post and we will email you when your order is being prepared, has been shipped & is delivered. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is shipped so you can track your delivery.
Please note that the above estimates are for shipping only and do not include order processing and dispatch time. Shipping times may vary for remote locations and may be delayed during peak periods of high volume.
Please ensure that your address is correct, The Cover Collective cannot be responsible for any orders with an incorrect address. Should your purchase be returned to us with an incorrect address The Cover Collective will re-post it to you at your expense.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service so in most cases your order will be shipped the next business day (sometimes even same day if you order before noon) however during promotional periods please allow 3-4 business days for dispatch.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

This is an estimate only & The Cover Collective cannot be held liable for any delays. Please note that all Free Fabric Swatch orders are sent via letter post with Australia Post which can take up to 10 business days to arrive.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS IN?
Contact us as soon as possible! If you order has not been dispatched it can be easily changed however if the order has already left our warehouse we will have to wait until your parcel is returned to us to change the address at which point a re-delivery fee of $9.95 will occur. Please ensure your details are correct at checkout to ensure a safe delivery.
HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?
We usually open pre-orders 4-6 weeks prior to the expected delivery of our linen however exact time frames can be seen alongside the product description of each product. When you pre-order a product you will receive an order confirmation and once your product arrives in our warehouse we will email you to let you know when it will be shipped.
Please note that if your order includes a pre-ordered product your entire order will be held until all products have arrived in our warehouse.
