Your use of this Website (including any purchases made) is governed by the following terms and conditions (Terms). Please take a moment to read and understand the Terms and are entering into a binding contract with us. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the Website. ​

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and you will be taken to have accepted any change by continuing to use this Website. 

In these Terms, the term Website refers to the website located at thecovercollective.com.au and any other URLs that we may have registered and may in future register and use for the purpose of linking to this Website.

We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). 

HANDLING TIME

We want to get you your purchase as soon as possible however please allow 24 hours (excluding public holidays) from time of purchase for your order to be dispatched. All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched within 24 hours of the next business day (excluding public holidays). 

STOCK

Although we have live inventory updates through our website, technology can let us down. All orders are subject to availability and should you place an order for a product that has gone out of stock we will refund you within 24 hours via PayPal or EFT.

PAYMENT

The Cover Collective accepts the following form of payments PayPal, Credit or Debit Card. All transactions are processed through the Shopify secure online payment gateway platform. Payment will be taken at the time of purchase.

SLEEP NOW, PAY LATER

Afterpay, ZipPay & Klarna are fully integrated with our website, all you need to do is choose your preferred payment method when checking out. For any questions about payment instalments please visit the individual company website.  

PRICING

The Cover Collective is an online business and all prices quoted on The Cover Collective website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). The Cover Collective reserves to the right to change the prices on any product at any time without any written notice. 

PRE-ORDERS

All pre-orders are charged to you at the time of purchase. The Cover Collective aims to provide delivery of pre-orders within the specified ETA (estimated time arrival) however external factors can slightly alter this in some circumstances. Please refer to the individual product for details on the ETA.

When a product becomes available in our warehouse your total order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours we will email you with a tracking code to let you know it has been dispatched. For any pre-orders questions please email us at hello@thecovercollective.com.au.

Your personal data is safe with us, and will never be disclosed to any third parties or sold. To unsubscribe please email us at hello@thecovercollective.com.au.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are available for purchase in denominations of $50, $100, $150 & $200 and will never expire. Please email us at hello@thecovercollective.com.au to purchase and for instructions on how to redeem. We currently do not stock physical gift cards. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with Afterpay.

When purchasing from The Cover Collective your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128- bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM OUR WEBSITE

This Website allows you to browse, select, order and purchase Goods displayed, as well as provide your feedback to us and, from time to time, subscribe to updates and special offers.    
You may order Goods from us by submitting an order through our Website (order). 
Any order placed through our Website is an offer by you to purchase each particular Good in accordance with this Agreement and we reserve the right to accept or reject an order you make using our Website for any reason.

RISK IN DELIVERY

Risk and title in Goods passes to you on the date and time of delivery of Goods to the delivery address provided in your order.

PROMOTIONS 

From time to time, we may offer special discounts and promotions. These can be applied to your order by using a promotional code. In order to benefit from these promotions, you need to type in the promotional code in the space provided when you checkout. The value of the promotion will be automatically applied to your order. One promotional code may be used per transaction. Other than as required by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (for example if they are not of merchantable quality, not fit for their purpose or do match the examples on this Website), we do not provide refunds on promotional items.   

The $30 off New Subscriber code cannot be used in conduction with any other offers, on sale items or during a promotional period.
